family film side by side mentoring

$1300 | 5 hours


In-the-field mentoring with Allison Redmon means exactly that, side-by-side instruction during a family film session. Hands on learning at its best. Work with Allison as you both film a family. See first hand her storytelling techniques and get immediate feedback as you film next to her.

 

Together you’ll spend 4 hours with a client of your choice.

Allison will shoot along side you but also take time in the session to advise on all manner of family filmmaking techniques and storytelling strategies.

You will be given access to Allison’s footage for use in your film alongside your footage.

Your time also includes a full hour for initial consultation, post session debriefing and critique.

Family film + Editing side-by-side Mentoring

$2000 | 8 hours


In-the-field mentoring with Allison Redmon means exactly that, side-by-side instruction during a family film session along with 3 full hours of in-person editing using Adobe Premiere Pro. This is the most compressive package available and will challenge your skills and creativity in the best way possible. Work with Allison as you both film a family together then edit the footage immediately afterwards. See first hand how she edits with storytelling in mind and get immediate feedback as you film and edit alongside her.

 
 

Together you’ll spend 4 hours with a client of your choice.

There is no better way to learn than to receive a personalized assessment of your work! Allison will take an in depth look at a film you’ve created and give you a screencast recorded analysis of your film. You will hear her voice and see your film as she analyzes all aspects of your film from beginning to end. Critiques will range from 15 to 20 minutes and will cover all aspects of the filmmaking process.
